Not only are they wishing death upon their political opposition, but they say it proudly in public without hesitation.

Worse, it’s seen as somewhat normal to engage in this form of verbal expression and death wish chants for another human being they’ll never meet and who has never harmed them directly.

I have a strong belief that you don’t celebrate people’s death because every loss of life is tragic. Even the heinous, I think it’s tragic that their life went in that direction to create the circumstance of their death.

I believe that life is precious, all life. Even that person that you hate, that you wish were dead, they have someone who loves them and will mourn their loss.

Plainly, I think it’s evil and what I’m witnessing is the normalization of an evil death wish culture. It’s a culture that has a reflex to dehumanize anyone who is positioned as an opponent and finds it fun to daydream about their enemy’s funerals.

Recently, Jimmy Kimmel made a pretty crass joke about Melania looking like an “expectant widow,” which many are interpreting as gleefulness for the idea of Trump’s death.

But I wish I could say that it was just Kimmel who plays with death; it’s happening all over. I won’t say that it’s completely normal but I no longer believe it’s fringe behavior.

Last year, I was around some older people at an event and they switched the topic onto Donald Trump. These were older women, old enough to be my grandmother, who transformed the conversation into bloodlust for the death of our president.

The obsession with a single man has pushed them into making him into a demonic figure who is not deserving of empathy or air to breathe. The way they were talking was like he was a “thing” that needed to be eradicated instead of a person they simply disagree with.

What they don’t realize is that this is the line of thinking that leads to the rationalization of murder and atrocities.

You just need to remove their personhood and reduce their humanity into them being a walking bag of bones that could easily be disposed of with enough ammunition and will.

Listening to these kind older women sounded like the precursor to a massacre and stunned me into silence. They weren’t whispering their death fantasies to avoid public shame; they were speaking loudly and laughing at the idea of our president being “taken out.”

It was the cavalier nature of wanting someone to put him down for good. It was a bloodlust conversation that came from the mouths of inconspicuous senior citizens.

But they aren’t alone and they’re not the first. There has been an increasing comfort with the idea of killing political opponents and it has created a culture that finds no shame in this thinking.

The jokes are admissions of a deeper desire and there would not have been a tear shed if Trump’s head hadn’t turned when standing on stage in Butler, PA.

Making people scared keeps their attention. If you scare them long enough, you’ll make them suffer with paranoia. And why not make money off the man you hate the most?

They’ll use words like “existential threat” to indicate that one more day with him in charge only brings us one day closer to our entire civilization coming to an end. In their minds, ending the threat saves our society, or in their words, saves our democracy.

So to be clear: I would have an issue if the most prominent Republicans and right-wing media were doing the same thing. However, this type of thing is incredibly rare on the right and applies to people who are generally unstable (I’ve met these people in person too).

After the Butler assassination attempt, I wrote for Newsweek how Democrats aren’t wishing for Trump’s death. Meaning, the majority of Democrat voters don’t wish for his death. I believed at the time that much of what we are seeing is fringe because I refused to believe that half of our voting population is filled with bloodlust.

However, I no longer believe it’s fringe. It’s now an acceptable aspect of left-wing culture.

What scares me is that I’m watching people who are otherwise sane, rational, and intelligent dive down this deep dark pit with pride. It frightens me when I see smiling faces flip into demonic scowls because one man’s name dared to be mentioned.

The hatred is palpable and infectious. Nothing good comes from this level of cavalier attitude towards death.

It wasn’t a negative text—just a casual “How have you been?” Because of our last interaction, I haven’t replied.

When we met several years ago, we were part of a group of left-leaning friends I genuinely liked at the time. It wasn’t always about politics. Many times, we just discussed life.

However, COVID and the George Floyd riots made them even more radical and unbearable—especially since I wasn’t having the same social panic attack they were.

One of the people in the group was someone I used to spend holidays with and talk to on the phone all the time. Suddenly, because I asked where the “15 feet” recommendation from Fauci came from, I became deserving of ridicule and disrespect.

Despite the fact that our relationship had been built on questioning things, they all became extremely dogmatic. I refused to follow suit.

One of the friends in this group posted on Facebook that Trump told Americans to drink bleach to get rid of COVID. I thought that was so insane that I wanted to see it for myself. Of course, Trump never said that.

When I called him out on it, he acknowledged that Trump didn’t say it—and then proceeded to block me.

I bring all of this up because this small group of lefty friends eventually dwindled to just one person who was still willing to talk to me, despite my willingness to question things and change my opinions.

In 2021, I published my first book, Black Victim to Black Victor, and I told him about it. It could be seen as controversial, but he seemed superficially receptive. I figured that was better than him shunning me before even attempting to read it.

It was either late 2021 or early 2022 when we decided to meet for lunch. I don’t remember the meal, but I do remember the need to talk about politics the entire time.

It’s hard to explain, but he’s one of those people who argues with you through a smile and a laugh, yet it doesn’t feel playful. It wasn’t a terrible encounter, but I didn’t entirely enjoy it. I felt like I was constantly being put on the defensive or dragged into topics I didn’t care about.

I thought maybe it was because we hadn’t hung out in a while. Not long after that meeting, we had a phone call, and the same feeling returned.

I’m not argumentative, and frankly, I don’t like arguing about politics. I’m not a debater, and I have no interest in fighting with people over things I have zero control over.

Even worse, I absolutely despise when people put words in my mouth or make assumptions about me. I don’t remember everything from that call, but one thing he said really bugged me:

“Your boy, Tucker.”

That bothered me because I didn’t watch Tucker Carlson’s show. I had never brought him up, and I wasn’t even particularly fond of him. So why did he make that association?

It was because he had placed me in a box. Because I asked questions and pushed back against certain narratives for my own personal reasons, I must be a strident Republican and the right-wing caricature he could mock.

Then I remembered how he used to talk about the Republicans he knew in his life. He would tell me how they were all racist and “what they really think.”

He placed me in a box instead of seeing me as an individual with logical reasons for what I believe.

He wasn’t inquisitive about me—he was assumptive. That statement made me want to end the call early, especially combined with his tendency to go on and on about politics in search of a debate.

I haven’t replied to him, not because he’s a socialist, but because my instincts tell me he sees me as a fool and a punching bag. I can already picture him jumping straight into talking about Trump and putting me in a position where I’m expected to defend him—despite not caring about it at all.

We should be able to have friends with varying viewpoints, but sometimes those people aren’t really your friends. You’re just a diversity avatar for the politics they hate.

I’m not one for ghosting people, but I haven’t talked to this person in a long time for a reason. I don’t feel the need to force disrespectful people into my life.

I don’t want to be anyone’s avatar to blame for all their political woes. Despite being in the political world, I don’t like talking about politics with people I care about.

So, I’m not replying. I’d rather protect my peace of mind and move toward people who like me for who I actually am, instead of who they unfairly associate me with.

Ignorance is the barrier that keeps humans from understanding each other. The less we know about each other, the more willing we are to fill in the gaps with stereotypes and misunderstandings.

The ability to engage in conversation with people who are different from ourselves is how we often discover that we have more in common than we initially thought.

Since 2020, Americans have been hammered with messages that emphasize noticing people’s differences in order to create division between us. The idea is that our differences are meant to keep us separated and to overshadow our common humanity.

I’ve established relationships with people from various backgrounds who often look different from me, and yet I genuinely enjoyed their company and drew closer to them despite the differences.

The changes made on X that brought the top two most active countries together—Japan and the United States—have begun the removal of massive cultural and political ignorance that has quickly moved us from a status of strangers to brothers.

At first, it was confusing as to why we were starting to see Japanese people with auto-translation, but that confusion quickly turned into a bromance open to sharing ideas and clearing up misconceptions.

A common response from Japanese users was that they thought Americans looked down on them, and they are extremely excited to see that it was actually the opposite.

Despite what communists in our media attempt to say about our nation, we are the most open and tolerant society in the world.

Many of us live in areas where we have people from different countries who love living in America and are willing to share their homeland customs with us.

Where I live is like the United Nations. I have Black, White, Indian, Korean, and Chinese neighbors; this isn’t uncommon for many Americans.

What these Japanese users are doing is going beyond the barriers of corporate media and accessing the people directly to ask them even the most mundane questions they would likely never learn otherwise.

The same goes for Americans like myself; I’ve started asking them questions that I legitimately didn’t have a good perspective on regarding Japanese culture.

For example, I asked—very genuinely—for their reasoning for always wearing masks. I know that culturally it is common for them to wear masks when they are sick, but some of the answers went beyond this and were incredibly honest.

I had no idea that hay fever and seasonal allergies were a massive issue there. Many were honest about how the mask allowed them to not shave or put on makeup.

The most interesting answer was about the cultural differences between the Japanese and the West when it comes to reading facial expressions. The Japanese place more importance on seeing the eyes than looking at someone’s mouth. Hence, putting a mask over the mouth is less of a big deal for them than it is for us.

What’s been the most fascinating is that they are politically dealing with some of the same things we are in the West—mostly a rise in communist agitators and a push for mass migration by the Japanese elite.

With Japan having a low birthrate, the people in charge have started pushing for immigration as the method for filling the work gaps. However, whenever systematic immigration occurs, you run into the problem of assimilation and clashing with the natives.

There is no perfect society, but the Japanese have a strong sense of pride in their history and customs—even if it appears rigid to foreigners.

They can pinpoint exactly how long they’ve been embracing a particular custom, and bringing in massive numbers of people who potentially don’t care about those customs is a major cause for concern.

It especially bothers them when foreigners come to their country and want to alter their long-standing customs so they can feel more comfortable.

As they are a nation of customs, we are a nation of laws, and when they are disrespected, it becomes a point of anger for both of us.

The removal of the language barrier via auto-translation and algorithmic promotion has opened an avenue of unity and understanding about preserving what is most important to us as a people.

Today we are sharing BBQ tips and comparing narratives from reality, but don’t be surprised if in the future we are arm-in-arm fighting for the same cause in a much more substantive way that goes beyond the keyboard.

I was invited by the organization hosting this event to fly to Hungary, stay a few nights, and attend their CPAC conference.

Many of you know that I’m a traveler and I’ve been to Budapest twice before, so it will be interesting to go back and interact with locals.

Viktor Orbán was labeled racist and xenophobic for wanting to take a conservative approach to the migration issue.

Eleven years later, anyone with eyes can see the population shift throughout Western Europe, along with the cultural clashes stemming from those decisions.

I was last in Hungary in September 2025, and there is a vast difference in the vibe there compared to Western Europe—even as a tourist. There are fewer beggars, fewer scammers, less fear of theft, and it feels cleaner.

To be clear, I’m not saying that every one of these issues is the fault of migrants in the EU. Every city has these problems to some extent.

What I’m saying is that when people come to a country without any prospects, we shouldn’t be surprised when a minority of them contribute to making parts of any city unpleasant.

I had the same feeling when I was in Prague, even in high-tourist areas. Compare that to walking around London, where you’re constantly told to watch your belongings due to high levels of theft.

Beyond being a tourist, I have friends in various parts of Europe, and I always try to get their perspective as locals. Their opinions are usually harsher than mine since they encounter these issues more frequently.

I find Hungary to be an interesting country with a distinct history of constantly fighting for its freedom from oppressive regimes—it was occupied by both the Nazis and the Communists for decades.

While I’m there, I’ll be interviewing several younger-generation Hungarians about where they see their country’s future. I want to gain a better understanding of why they make the choices they do.

I’ll be working on behalf of The New York Post, producing an 8–10-minute video and an article to really illustrate the direction their nation is heading.

I think it’s important context for Americans to understand that I’ll be talking to people who are among the first generation born outside of an occupation.

Let’s use some common sense when we discuss this topic and remove the talking points. I find this discussion is littered with repeatable statistics that are rarely challenged. It’s the same when people find headlines they like—because it confirms their biases—they just yammer on about the headline for a study they never examined.

I wanted to know where they’re getting these numbers from and especially wanted to figure out what constitutes an “undocumented immigrant” in the study. Often, what you’ll find is that their definitions skew the results and give a false impression. I didn’t find this in this case.

In the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy (ITEP) July 2024 report “Tax Payments by Undocumented Immigrants”, the taxes referred to are a comprehensive total of federal, state, and local taxes paid by undocumented immigrants in 2022, estimated at $96.7 billion overall.

This breaks down as: $59.4 billion to the federal government. $37.3 billion to state and local governments.

I’m not dismissing the numbers, but what I am doing is challenging the entirety of their picture when it comes to the life of illegal immigrants.

Imagine you escaped from prison and now you’re on the run from the law. You’ve already committed an illegal act, and you find yourself committing more crimes to stay off the radar (ironically).

For example, you’ll assume a new identity, get fake identification cards, or steal someone’s identity to avoid detection. You might take odd jobs to make enough money to live that are off the books because you don’t have a valid SSN to use for verification.

If you get into a car accident, you’ll flee the scene because you don’t want your identity to get compromised when they dig into your story or discover your identification is false.

This is essentially how illegal immigrants often live, and when you commit a crime like entering a country illegally or overstaying a visa, unless you’re brazen, your life is dedicated to blending in and not being noticed.

So, when they claim that they pay lots of taxes, it should be measured against common sense for the life of illegal immigrants. Employee taxes are initiated by employers, so it could be plausible that illegals are paying taxes (with fake information) but not by their own volition.

In the same way, you pay state taxes when you go to the store and buy an item. These are taxes that are unavoidable and not initiated by the taxpayers.

The framing of the tax statement on The View is as if every April, illegal immigrants are opening up TurboTax to pay the government money just because. How would they file? They don’t have an SSN. They don’t have a valid tax identification number. Even if they stole an identity, why would they pay taxes on a stolen identity?

When conducting studies like this, you can only deal with the numbers that are in front of you, but illegal immigrants, by and large, are invisible in a paper sense because they’re not supposed to be here.

Speaking of which, the “illegals commit fewer crimes” narrative is absurd. I just gave you a massive reason as to why that’s not the case, but the biggest of all is that they are here illegally.

Their existence in our country, by default, makes them start off by violating our immigration laws (you know...a crime). Compound this with the prevalence of forgeries and identity theft, and it’s even more evident how ridiculous this statement is.

But let’s say Sunny is 100% correct. Let’s say that they commit far fewer crimes than American citizens: Sunny still misses the point.

When you are someone who isn’t authorized to be in our country and you commit a crime, you’re committing a crime that shouldn’t have existed in the first place.

If that person weren’t here, that crime wouldn’t have been committed. This is what I would call “excess criminality.” For every crime that’s committed by an illegal immigrant, there is a crime that is excess to our society.

Recently, I interviewed a widow who lost her husband due to an illegal immigrant jackknifing a semi-truck and crushing her husband to death when metal piping fell onto his car, killing him instantly.

The driver was deported 16 times prior. Her husband would still be alive if he hadn’t repeatedly broken several laws to end up behind the wheel of a semi-truck. Excess criminality creates excess victims.

This is one of the primary reasons I am—and have always been—against illegal immigration. It creates a dual society with an imbalance of rules and punishment for the people who are abiding by them. It also creates victims that should never have been victimized.

I know the ladies on The View hate Trump; I get it. But their hatred for Trump leads them down a pathway of lacking critical thinking, denigrating our citizens, and glossing over the reality for victims.

The second documentary is called “America’s Moms.” It highlights the organization Moms for Liberty while diving into parental rights in America. It’s a fantastic documentary, and I’ve submitted it to the Anthem Film Festival, which is libertarian-focused. I’ll keep everyone updated on this, but the trailer should be out around May and the full release mid-July.

As some of you have seen, I started writing about illegal immigration in the trucking industry and talking with various experts. I thought this was a simple issue that I could write about and move on from; I was wrong.

It changes you, listening to a widow hold back tears as she talks about losing her husband to a 16-time-deported illegal immigrant driving a truck. I kept wondering how we made it to this point, especially in an industry that is supposedly highly regulated.

Well, one question leads you down the rabbit hole. The trucking industry is so systemically dysfunctional and riddled with foreign criminality. Depending on the region, there are immigrant factions who are overtly going around regulations and doing highly illegal things just so they can dominate the trucking market.

But the biggest part was how the stories of victims are lost in the equation—the family members who suffer the loss of someone they loved because of an industry that is married to cheap illegal labor.

I decided to make this upcoming documentary called “The Illegal Highways” to tell the stories of these victims and discover how we got here.

This is a massive project for me, as it requires a lot of traveling and organizing. For a small creator, it’s an ambitious project that I hope will make an impact.

So far, the reception from the trucking community has been wonderful. They all want their industry restored to a state of relative sanity, and for once, someone outside the trucking community cares about what they’re going through. Industry experts have contacted me to give me even greater details, and trucking podcasts have invited me to speak on this upcoming documentary.

Watching the State of the Union, I heard a resounding pro-American message coming from Donald Trump. Nearly every applause line was about either protecting Americans or helping them in some particular way.

I’m not a novice; I recognize that the State of the Union is political theater and no matter who stands up there, they give the best possible spin on their accomplishments.

I also understand that the opposition party is mostly not going to agree that their accomplishments are such things. I’ve seen enough to understand the game.

However, it is theater that matters from a standpoint of optics and the message you’ll be sending to a much broader American public that normally isn’t tuned into the day-to-day nonsense happening in D.C.

It’s a game of vibes and bluster and no matter how superficial it seems, it still is important that they play it effectively.

When Donald Trump isolated his speech to encourage the Democrats to stand in solidarity with the message of the government meant to work for American citizens and not illegal immigrants, they refused.

This is one of those “80-20” issues where overwhelmingly Americans agree that illegal immigration shouldn’t stand but because they’ve handcuffed themselves to communists within their party like AOC and Ilhan Omar, they move away from their old principles.

The Democrats of old want you to think their greatest adversary is Donald Trump but it’s actually the enemy from within. They tremble in the presence of the highly organized (and foreign funded) Democratic Socialists of America and fear being targeted and primaried.

They pretend that Trump is the boogie man but it’s actually the radical fringe that they legitimized years ago.

Every country cares about who is within its borders. Even North Korea has deported people who shouldn’t be there. Literally, everyone has immigration policies because without them, you won’t truly have a sovereign nation.

This is common sense understanding on managing a nation but the Democrats have resoundingly rejected this theory. Instead, they make ICE sound like a made up entity and deporting people who shouldn’t be here is an authoritarian measure.

First term Barack Obama would be rejected in today’s Democratic Party for his immigration policies alone. We like to forget that he, and many prominent Democrats, used to boldly say that marriage was between a man and a woman.

Now, they have men dress up as women and gaslight us on how they were “always women.” They now live in the land of absurdities for the sake of pleasuring a radical element that hates them.

Joe Biden went on national television with Dylan Mulvaney and encouraged the idea of “gender affirming care” aka child mutilation. I don’t even believe Joe Biden understands what that means, it’s just what he’s told to say.

And that's the party in a nutshell these days. It's a political party directed by tyrants and the weaklings follow along because they are simultaneously scared and in-love with their capturers.

It’s political Stockholm syndrome as they clap like seals next to the communists who would cut the head off their political careers the moment they acted slightly defiant to their leftist cause.

So, I’ll reiterate: I didn’t change, the Democrats did. I didn’t become against illegal immigration in 2024 when I voted for Trump. I was already against it when I voted for Obama.

And due to my position in the media, and having the opportunity to talk to victims of illegal immigration, I’m even more stridently against it.

Illegal immigration is not a victimless crime. Many of these people are brought here under false pretenses, overworked, and have their families held hostage by foreign mafias and cartels.

It’s exploitation that Democrats claim to dislike when it’s conveniently in some other country.

There are industries where illegal immigrants are part of a wider criminal enterprise and working class Americans ultimately pay for its existence.

The Democrats showed us who they are; they’re an anti-American political party that is proud to not stand up for us. Trump won the optic game last night and the Democrats are too insulated in their own elitist bubble to see the damage they caused themselves.

This is not to say that Trump is right about everything or that the Republicans have it all figured out.

But my God, what choice have the Democrats given me when they won’t even stand up for law-abiding natural born and naturalized Americans?

Let me say, I’m neither a lawyer nor an expert. I could be wrong and am open to fair critique.

When I did a little bit of research, sources say that independent journalists, like ones with InfoWars, who were there on January 6 and entered the Capitol grounds were prosecuted despite initial claims of being journalists.

One of the descriptions I read stated that legal experts claimed these individuals “were captured on video encouraging or joining the riot.”

Watching various Don Lemon reactions to the church being stormed by BLM activists, he was encouraging of it. Multiple times he rationalized the behavior by saying that protesting is supposed to be “uncomfortable.”

At no point did he seem neutral about what was going on. And let’s be honest, neutrality isn’t his forte (like most members of the media).

Also, when it comes to January 6, they penalized those independent journalists by claiming they weren’t “credentialed.”

Initially, I thought being credentialed only had to do with who was allowed, as press, on the Capitol grounds. But from reading further, experts make the claim that just because you have a microphone and a camera, it doesn’t automatically grant you First Amendment protections as a journalist in general.

While we know Don Lemon as being a journalist under the CNN umbrella for many years, he is obviously independent now. The question is, does he have the same protections now that he’s not employed by a mainstream outlet?

To me, as a layman and non-legal expert, the situation of January 6 may have given grounds for the federal government to lump independent journalists in alongside people who are doing illegal activities.

Admittedly, I don’t like Don Lemon, but the more I look into this, I’m not sure how excited I am about his arrest.

After this first happened, I thought it could be a legitimate case to arrest him, as he appeared like he was operating and somewhat organizing with them prior to entry. Maybe the people within the church felt the same way, and that should be under consideration.

There have been tactics set up by radical leftists to claim being journalists as fronts for running interference on illegal acts being committed. Was this one of those cases?

Independent journalists are important in our ecosystem, and they sometimes take major risks to break stories that mainstream outlets would never attempt. January 6 may have set a precedent, but is it good that we continue down this road?

Based on my findings, federal prosecutors in January 6 cases claimed that shouting in favor displayed their bias and effectively removed their legitimacy as journalists.

Most journalists cover stories that they’re in favor of, so does excitement over the event make them equally complicit if it trends into illegal activity?

If I’m honest, I’m less certain about how I feel with this situation than a week ago. In a principled manner, I’m looking at the long term for independent journalists, especially since I float between writing independently and for mainstream outlets like The New York Post.

The DOJ may have an ironclad case against Don Lemon that I’m not aware of. I’m always open to that being a possibility. But speaking as a non-legal expert and someone who watches the waves of culture, this wave may turn against us.

Most of what we’ve been witnessing in Minneapolis revolving around ICE’s presence has been what I call “agitation theater.”

It’s the root of why Don Lemon joined local activists, like the local BLM chapter, to disrupt church services. Agitation is a feature to their mayhem, not a bug.

You’ve probably heard people say “politics is a show” or something to that effect but communists push this to an extreme. Everything they do is for the show and to get a response out of witnesses.

Remember, ICE is not a new organization manifested by Donald Trump but they want you to believe that their existence and operations are somehow different or immoral.

They are highly focused on optics in areas most aren’t and through agitation, they can force emotional responses that they can spin into their favor.

ICE operates nationwide, yet the focus is on Minneapolis because activists want this to be the case. They have the backing of major government officials in the state, enabling them to push the limits of what they can get away with.

It reminds me of the “I’m not touching you” game that kids play as they get centimeters away from someone’s face, agitating them and when the person hits them in response, they can suddenly play the victim.

The anti-ICE brigade that stalks ICE officials is playing that game as they ride the lines of interference in an immigration investigation. Renee Good and her wife played this game as well.

Don Lemon and his activist “buddies” played the game of agitation by targeting an institution that they despise and is held in reverence in the United States. They poked the bear, agitated and terrorized the people who were inside the church to get a response.

However, beyond a response from the congregants, they want a response from passersby too. Some reactions you can see, like the DOJ pursuing potential charges against Lemon and his leftist cohorts under the KKK act.

But many of these reactions you’ll never see because it’s an alteration in the psyche of Americans. It’s to make you worried about going to church next Sunday and think twice before driving your SUV around town.

It’s the agitation toward fear that paralyzes people or forces them to alter their pattern of conduct to avoid being the target. It’s the same agitation that convinced stores to put up pride flags and BLM signs in their windows during the 2020 “Summer of Love” in hopes that the agitators will avoid destroying their business.

Don Lemon even said it in his own words that he believes their version of protesting is about “making people uncomfortable.” Protesting can make a target feel discomfort but that doesn’t mean all forms of discomfort are protesting.

That’s the logic of the agitator leftist and why they think everything is tacitly acceptable as long as it bothers people. Instilling fear in the public is a power move and part of the theater of it all.

All of this is worrisome but similarly, it’s important to understand that just like any theater, you’re only seeing what they want you to see.

Organized riots are an example of agitation theater, because they occupy a small local footprint in a district like it’s a battlefield and when cameras show up, it gives the false impression that the entire town or city is under siege.

Or if they want to orchestrate a peaceful protest, they’ll push for crowds of people to organize in an area that looks impressive on a wide angle lens to give the false impression of consensus.

What you’re seeing is happening but it’s just as carefully constructed as a movie set. The light you’re seeing in that movie, which appears to be coming from the sun through the window is actually artificial light angled to trick your eyes so you think it’s natural.

That’s the essence of agitation theater; what you see is not the entirety of what’s happening. It’s only existence is through provikation.

They want you to think this is a naturally organic grassroots movement when behind the scenes, they are propped up by media snobs like Don Lemon, funded by the CCP, and defended by the most powerful institutions.

It’s artificial light, pretending to be sunlight shining on the measures of a supposed authoritarian President. Zoom out and you’ll see an entire crew that is hellbent on power, who will play the victim when we flinch and react back, and will use your fear against you.

This is exactly what happened to January Littlejohn, a Florida parent turned child advocate, who seemingly overnight saw her daughter’s school actively work against her parental demands in favor of a “transition” policy.

Littlejohn currently has a case that is up for consideration at the Supreme Court after several court battles in the lower courts.

In an exclusive interview, I spoke with January Littlejohn about the origins of her fight to save her child’s sanity.

“It was at the height of Covid, and our daughter came to us and told us that she no longer felt like a girl. And this was shortly after three of her friends at her middle school had also suddenly adopted a trans identity… I knew, in terms of my clinical training, that gender dysphoria is very rare.”

“And then when it does happen, it’s mostly males and happens in early childhood. So what I was seeing in my daughter’s friend group was not correlating at all with my clinical experience or training.”

Littlejohn was a highly involved parent who would volunteer at her children’s school multiple times a week and felt that she had built a solid relationship with the teachers and administrators. That all changed when her daughter began identifying as “non-binary.”

“My daughter got into the car a couple of weeks into the school year and said that she had a meeting at school, where they asked her which restroom she wanted to use... I had actually emailed her homeroom teacher and let her know that our daughter was experiencing distress out of nowhere, that I thought it was directly related to her friend group, that we were not using the name and pronouns at home, but that I felt like if it was going to be treated like a nickname, there was nothing I could do about it. It turns out this teacher that I confided in was the LGBTQ advocate on campus.”

Once this advocate was notified, the plan of secrecy and transition began…

“We were finally then given an in-person meeting with the principal of the middle school. And that’s where we were shown what they actually did at this meeting, which was socially transition our daughter, with a six-page document. This document is used all over the country. It’s from an organization called Gender Spectrum. And they asked questions that would absolutely impact my daughter’s safety, such as which restroom and locker rooms she preferred to use, and even which sex she preferred to room with on overnight field trips. To think about that power dynamic of having three adults in a room with a 13-year-old girl, putting the burden of whether or not her parent would even be notified about this social transition meeting on the child.”

Private meetings, secret identities and confusion for the child only magnified the distress for the child and created a culture where parents like Littlejohn are automatically guilty of being harmful to rationalize hiding information from them and anointing themselves as pseudo caretakers.

“We continue to ask for legal justification as to how, you know, what gives them the right to meet with our 13-year-old daughter without notifying us... They finally showed us a Leon County LGBTQ guide... In this guide, it was about 38 pages. They painted all parents to be a danger to their children with no due process. It even says in there it could cause abuse or make a child homeless if you quote unquote out the child... There was an NGO called Equality Florida that had started partnering with the public schools back in 2016... Providing training on these gender support plans, even giving schools checklists about how are you best supporting these children, but really, it was all a way to alienate the child from their parents.”

The school’s social transition policy only enhanced the rate of confusion her child was experiencing at the time.

“By the time that we found out about the social transition plan, our daughter was talking about cutting her breast off. So this was escalating very quickly... What the school did by interfering and socially transitioning her behind our back, it sent a very clear message to her that the school was in charge. Her parents’ authority no longer mattered. And it really pitted us against her... These kids, including my daughter, get a great deal of affirmation and attention and praise for these trans identities.”

“I naively thought that if I bring this information to the superintendent... that they’ll stop. That did not happen... We tried first to send a demand letter to them... We wanted a revised policy showing that you would contact the parents as a sign of any distress... Then I went public with this story anonymously... It took over a year for us to make the difficult decision to file the first federal lawsuit for parental rights violation and harm in this manner.”

Littlejohn’s case, January Littlejohn, et vir v. School Board of Leon County, Florida, et al. (Docket No. 25-259), is currently pending at the Supreme Court and they are hoping for its consideration which could help in other legal battles for parent rights to succeed.

“My case is pending before the Supreme Court... My case is on a very narrow legal technicality and a split decision because they applied... ‘shock the conscience’ when they dismissed my case... The Foote case is about the whole case does violate parental rights when they socially transition a child behind the back of the parents... We want the Supreme Court to set a precedent that parents are protected from these secret social transitions... Schools are continuing to do this.”

According to Defending Education, there are over 1200 school districts, 21,000 schools with secret social transition policies in place that could impact any one of their 12 million students.

Unfortunately, when you bring up this as a reality for many families across the country, we are still faced with either denial or reflexive minimization.

People deny this as a reality because I think many cannot comprehend how it is at all possible that a school could steal your authority from your hands or be labeled as dangerous without cause by some random administrator.

But this issue is far too real and it’s not just a few kids that are getting caught up in this. Medical transition surgeries and drugs are massive money makers and the children who get caught up in early often become patients for life.

By the grace of God, January was able to pry her daughter from the grip of this evil ideology that tells a child that there is something inherently wrong with them.

Many of us had our worlds shaken during the pandemic but we overcame the earthquake to stand tall in the face of a potential aftershock that comes from speaking the truth and standing up against evil.

January Littlejohn is an example of a woman, a mother, who risked everything to not only save her child’s life but also to selflessly help arm parents just like her to do the same.

Renee Good wasn’t Black, so why is BLM giving a press conference about her?

Most became familiar with BLM post-George Floyd where they were able to attach themselves to his death.

But Black Lives Matter is not a black organization, it’s a communist organization using Black people’s images as cover.

It was hard for people to see this in 2020 since emotions were so high and they allowed communists to speak for the life of the average Black American. They were given the microphone to portray my existence is inevitably deprived simply due to my skin color.

Good propaganda, like a good conspiracy, needs an ounce of truth to push heavy loads of exaggerations and falsehoods down the line.

It’s why their talking points sometimes land with people who aren’t familiar with their tactics. Sure, you can talk about slavery, Jim Crow, or any other historical mess and you can analyze it.

However, their objective isn’t to recognize our historical wrongs for a better future: It’s to use it as a reason to tear down America.

There are reasons they use words like “institutional” or “systemic” because their hatred goes past an individual to the collective. They are collectivists who hold all guilty if they are tacitly part of that collective.

It’s why they say you benefited from “White Supremacy” because no matter how good of a person you are, you will always be tainted with historical stains.

And you don’t have to be White to be a White Supremacist because if you defend the institutions they want to dismantle, you are automatically part of that collective.

These stains can’t be cleaned unless the institution that facilitated it is destroyed.

Good propagandists use everything to their advantage and they know that there is a social guilt about what has been done to Black Americans. It’s a point of leverage to get normal people to concede to communistic demands.

They will hijack trusted institutions, like government or churches, and use this inherent trust like a skin suit tricking unsuspecting people to believe what they want you to believe.

This is no different from Black Lives Matter. For most people, it’s enough to see some angry black people on stage yelling about justice to convince them that this is the demeanor or demand of the average Black American in America.

Black people like me stand in the way of their cause and when we speak out against them, they’ll call me the sellout for wanting to preserve the positives of American life.

We are in or around the demoralization phase of revolution. They don’t need the support of Americans to be in support of their cause or to do anything to overtly support them.

They just need enough people to sit on their hands while targeting institutions of power to either destroy from the outside or infiltrate to dismantle from within.

Renee Good is their martyr, just as George Floyd was in 2020. You don’t have to knowingly sacrifice yourself or even be a communist to be a martyr for them; hijacking identities, especially dead ones, are perfect for manipulating the public.

They will instigate events, cause chaos and when something goes awry, they’ll use it against us. This is exactly what’s happening in Minnesota with ICE.

ICE could operate under normal conditions like it does everywhere else but they’ve turned non-newsworthy apprehensions into a spectacle so that it taints their image so they can force incidents exactly like Renee Good’s death.

Now, when there are riots, it’s ICE’s fault and not the heavily funded leftist organizations who financially exist because of adversarial foreign nations who can’t wait till the United States is demoted from its power position.

They are agitators at their core, they will use all goodwill to their advantage and strangle us with our own niceness. They will poke and prod our society, forcing you to question everything you held as sacred so they can replace it with something that suits them.

A black woman told me, “I hope you have that same energy when you get shot by a cop.”

My first thought was, that’s not likely because I’m not a criminal. I’m not breaking laws on a regular basis nor am I consuming illegal substances like drugs.

I don’t place myself in situations where cops are called and I sure as hell don’t involve myself in official police business.

The reason the commentary reminds me of this dialogue is because people are pretending that this shooting is a likely outcome for any American. But it isn’t.

It’s incredibly far-fetched to act as if these men are walking around looking to shoot some rando driving a car. But it becomes believable if your entire concept of ICE is that everything they’re doing is at random.

What has bothered me is that even normies think ICE is going door-to-door looking for people who “appear” illegal.

They’ve consumed media that has convinced them that there are these immigration cowboys running around the country ready to terrorize your neighborhood.

They have no clue about how ICE operates, and what their primary objectives are. Even more so, most people live a life of comfort and never see the underbelly of what ICE and other law enforcement officials see.

ICE is at the forefront of stopping human trafficking, including children being trafficked. The men and women they are deporting range from being criminals in their homeland to criminals domestically.

Nothing about their activities is random; they are highly targeted apprehensions. They are a limited enforcement arm and it would be objectively stupid and unproductive to operate “randomly.”

They know where to find specific people because many have already been to immigration court and have deportation orders. They have their addresses and know who they associate with. Some have committed crimes here and so they have this information already.

But when you understand that these men and women aren’t running around like headless chickens searching for brown people to deport, and that they’re highly trained officers, it makes more sense as to why you shouldn’t fear being wrongfully deported or shot by them.

If you were attempting to impede any investigation or apprehension of any law enforcement arm, you’d be entering a dangerous territory that could lead to your arrest. Or in simple terms, don’t mess around with people who have guns and authority.

So to the woman who said for me to have the same energy, I won’t need to because I don’t play foolish games with people with guns and authority. I also don’t attract attention by doing illegal things.

Overwhelmingly, criminals are the ones who get shot by cops and criminals are the ones who shoot at cops as well. Likewise, none of you should be concerned about being deported unless you aren’t here legally.

You shouldn’t be concerned about being shot by ICE unless you are provoking a response from them by interfering with their work.

When you live in their reality of today may be your last day, you don’t play around with unruly people. Giving the benefit of the doubt to people can get you killed in a uniform.

This is why ICE officers wear armor and masks. They face death threats and attempts on a consistent basis now that their jobs have been politicized.

So, any person who is telling you to live with fear of an unlikely outcome, know they are attempting to manipulate you for some form of gain.

There is a lot of that happening today; stay vigilant and protect your soul.

But have we asked ourselves why it worked in the first place?

Why was it so simple for a guy in Pakistan to gain hundreds of thousands of followers pretending to be a Trump fan? Why were we enticed to comment on the most low-IQ posts with a command to “Reply if we agree?”

It’s very easy to point the finger at third-world agitators and engagement farmers, but maybe we should reflect on why it worked in the first place.

The state of politics for over a decade has been absolutely insane and incredibly tribalistic. Whoever you vote for is not good enough; you must wish death upon the opposition every chance you get.

And with social media, you can get an audience as you metaphorically “destroy” your opponents online with an audience, like a matador stabbing a bull for the crowd’s bloodlust.

Because we lead with hatred instead of indifference, we are prime targets for manipulation. Emotional people are easy to control; thinking people aren’t.

The online political world isn’t really about thinking or even challenging yourself; it’s about confirming what you already believe. Publicly, you’re not encouraged to admit you’re wrong, and you’re for damn sure not supposed to apologize (even when you’re in the wrong).

Most Americans don’t travel outside of the country, but as someone who does and has many friends outside of the United States, I can tell you that everyone watches what we do.

They consume our entertainment, understand our references, and obsess over our political dynamics. Now, because they don’t live in our country, they’re not 100% accurate. But it doesn’t take permanent residency to see how dysfunctional our political dialogue is.

These foreign agitators and engagement farms work because we’re emotionally vulnerable. We just want people who regurgitate what we believe 100% of the time, regardless if they’re sociopaths or act contrary to their messages.

With a critical eye, we should have caught some of these people easily, but because they were a “fan account” that was pro-your cause, you followed them, liked their drivel, and engaged with them as if they were real.

I believe America is the greatest country in the world, but often our nationalistic hubris gets in the way of thinking we are incapable of being played for fools.

We meme with mockery of lesser-developed nations with a superiority complex, yet those guys were able to make money and steer political discourse from the comfort of their home with you none the wiser.

I presumed this issue was bad, but I didn’t think it was this bad. An entire industry of agitation and engagement payouts exposed with a single transparency update.

But you can’t always hate the players; sometimes you have to hate the game. The political game we’ve been playing in turned many of us into emotional morons who were too egotistical to think they couldn’t fall for manipulation.

The people who type “this is a psyop” every day fell for the psyop. People who think they can never get scammed are the perfect targets for scammers.

India, Pakistan, Russia, Nigeria, and select Eastern European nations twisted our political environment into knots because we think we are immune to being used, especially by foreigners.

Account transparency is great, but the fix is we are transparent about ourselves and what we’ve become. Maybe you are wrong and the opposition is right. Maybe you don’t have all the answers. Maybe we should stop looking for constant validation from complete strangers.

Or better yet: Maybe we should go outside more often.

New Jersey is often the butt of jokes (many initiated by myself), but it’s a beautiful state that is riddled with overtaxation and is simply not affordable to live in.

New Jersey has the highest property tax rate in the country and simultaneously has the highest average home price. I know several people who have decent homes who are paying $12,000+ a year in property taxes.

Meanwhile, in neighboring states like Pennsylvania, the same house and property would probably cost them half the amount in property taxes.

New Jersey has a progressive income tax system with a top marginal rate of 10.75%. Among the 50 states, this ranks as the 4th highest top marginal individual income tax rate.

We are effectively being economically squeezed to death by overtaxation, and the dagger in the heart has been the rising energy costs.

Our energy costs have risen 24-31% in a single year, and everyone is bearing the brunt of these costs. What’s not helping is that our state government is going all in on renewable energy projects that’ll cost lots of money but won’t be sufficient for the demands.

Not every issue is the fault of Democrats, but their solutions are not helping.

Their promises are falling flat, and what’s been happening is that their messaging has been about attacking Trump rather than acknowledging there is a massive affordability issue in our state for the working class.

Prior to the pandemic, my wife and I were looking to become first-time homebuyers. On average, in the areas we were looking at, a home would cost around $350,000. That same home a couple of years later is half a million.

Even condos aren’t going for that price in a decent area. Even if we could save up enough for a decent down payment, we are faced with high interest rates and murderous property taxes in nearly every area of this state.

We’ve asked ourselves if it’s even worth staying here because even with an above-average income, we are still priced out of experiencing the American dream.

It’s hard to fix things if you don’t acknowledge that there is a real problem, and Jack’s Democratic challenger, Mikie Sherrill, doesn’t appear to understand how dire it is that we resolve these issues; otherwise, the next generation of residents will suffer an even greater consequence than what I’m going through.

I’m terrified for the college kid who wants to start a family in New Jersey in the near future. How can you build a life here when rent in a halfway decent area is astronomical and saving to buy an already overpriced house is nearly impossible in the most expensive state in the country?

The Democrats have been compromised by radical progressive ideologues and minimize the pain of anyone who isn’t in the top tax bracket. We are being strangled, and they don’t seem to recognize that we can’t breathe.

Another massive issue tied to the economics is the illegal immigration issue here. New Jersey is seen as a “sanctuary state,” and I’ve been inside these warehouses all over the state: illegal Hispanic workers are in massive abundance.

These are jobs that would have given citizens who are lower-middle class employment opportunities with enough money to take care of their families, and now they’re being skipped over for a cheaper illegal workforce.

We look at how, decades ago, you could own a house, a car, and take care of your family on a single factory job. Those days are gone because Americans are battling an illegal workforce that drives down our wages.

I’m a pragmatic and realistic voter; I don’t expect Jack to fix every issue that we have going on in this state. What I want is someone who is prepared to stop this unaffordability train that’s about to economically derail us.

I joke about New Jersey, but I’ve lived in this state for over 25 years and I like it here. I’ve lived in multiple counties throughout the state, and this place is my home. There are good people here who are trying their best to make ends meet, and the pathway over the past couple of decades hasn’t been working (yes, even under Christie).

It’s time for a change and for there to be equal competition for every resident’s vote. It’s time for everyone’s interests to be in mind and not just the niche interests of the upper class.

I’ve lost trust in the Democratic Party and the people they prop up for positions of power to champion what I care about.

Jack’s platform acknowledges these issues and he’s approaching things with a common sense response. Whether he follows through, only time will tell.

However, what I’ve found is that there is a segment of Christians who are only Christians in name only, not by behavior.

They wear Christianity like a skinsuit, parading around in the outfit of faith to convince onlookers of their supposed righteousness.

They are surface-level creatures who wear the cross around their neck as a cover for their internal ugliness.

We are all sinners, including myself, so this isn’t about me being perfect. The difference is that I can acknowledge my flaws as I’m willing to improve myself; these “Christians” aren’t.

It’s faith by appearance and not by substance for them. These are people who can recite scripture but the words they espouse are as empty as their hearts.

They’ll dive into the weeds of the Bible, hyper-analyzing words and translations but will completely lose the point as it’s only to serve their ego.

Christians in name only are the ones who use a line from the Bible to beat you over the head with but never absorb the essence of the Gospels.

They are people without grace or accountability, always looking for forgiveness when they withhold it from everyone else.

Christian narcissists are the worst because they will use the name of Jesus to anoint themselves by redirecting His glory.

These are people who constantly lie, purposefully deceiving other Christians, and take advantage of people who they view as weak while standing in front of a crowd with their eyes closed and their hand to the sky.

To these people, if you are to act like Jesus did, you are ripe for the picking and a fool for lowering your guard around them. They are wolves who wear the clothing of the flock.

I’ve borne witness to a Christian narcissist who will manipulate until they get what they want and discard you when they’re done devouring your goodwill.

I am no biblical scholar and will never pretend to be but deception is not of God and neither are these people. These aren’t just imperfect Christians who need a helping hand; I have tremendous grace for those people.

No, these are people who sinisterly smirk when they infiltrate our good graces and pray to themselves as the gods of their own universe.

They are performative narcissists who are putting on a show to hide their evil intentions. The essence of God is love but the only thing these people love is their reflection.

They are Pharisees in holy garb with a heart of stone armed with scriptural daggers. The title of “Christian” provides a dual shield and weapon depending on how close someone is to discovering who they really are.

I am commanded to pray for these people to genuinely come to Christ but I’m also implored to use discernment. I believe many of us fall for the label, the pageantry of Christianity and neglect to seek substance from these people.

It’s not what they do in public, it’s what they do when no one is looking. As a believer, I do what is right not because I’m afraid of condemnation from man but because it’s an honor to glorify God by mimicking the behaviors of Christ to the best of my ability.

But Christians in name only want credit for good deeds done with an empty heart.

To love anyone, you must sacrifice for them but Christian narcissists never give up anything of value unless they are to receive something in return. Love to them is an exchange rate and not a system of donation.

They say there is no honor among thieves and neither is there among Christian narcissists. Honor to them is a public relations decision instead of a motivation that comes from a pure heart.

And as long as the public doesn’t see their dirt, they will proudly leave a trail of filth behind them.

They say sunlight is the best disinfectant for a hidden problem, and Christian narcissists will scatter like roaches when genuine lovers of Christ begin turning on the lights to their evil ways.

Jesus said you will know them by their fruit and they are spoiled to their core.

Both wanted to cater to a more affluent audience and were willing to gamble losing their traditionally working-class base for this gain.

It was an active devaluing of the average working-class American as a consumer or voting class and an elevation of the wealthy suburbanite and college-educated urbanite hipster who is connected to an excess pool of money.

Over the past few decades, we have dissuaded people from working with their hands in favor of sitting in a cubicle getting paid for your supposed industry knowledge.

Now, people perceive you as a failure if you don’t have a degree attached to your resume. But even more so, you’re not of a particular status that is favorable.

See, all of this is about perceived class and status. Elite colleges are social networks and signifiers of a social circle you’ll permanently be attached to.

Graduating from Harvard carries a prestige that tells the world your value, intelligence, and class. But even the non-Ivy League graduates have this same attitude.

Spending four years in school is a social status climb for many of them. It doesn’t even matter how much it costs them to get their degree because they care more about the social perception they’ll carry than the debt that holds them back.

The reason all of this matters is because these are the people who become the heads of marketing departments, human resources, and government. Most people see the faces of politicians, but these people are figureheads for the work done by their college-educated staff.

The Democratic political consultants they hire are of the same ilk, and the advice they give is fueled by the desire to cater to the niche they belong to. Everyone is attracted to “premium,” and no one wants what is common, including people.

The common man and woman are boring, and why would someone who has worked their entire life to stay away from that social status care to appeal to the majority of Americans?

In an 2016 interview with the Associated Press, Senator Chuck Schumer stated, “For every blue-collar Democrat we lose in western Pennsylvania, we will pick up two moderate Republicans in the suburbs in Philadelphia, and you can repeat that in Ohio and Illinois and Wisconsin.”

The Democrats knew exactly what they were doing by shifting strategies and they didn’t care if they lost the blue-collar vote. Yet, today, they are scratching their heads wondering why they are sitting at a 63% unfavorability rating (the lowest rating in more than three decades).

While everyone was talking about Bud Light going “woke,” what they missed was the key motivator: appealing to a new and more sophisticated base.

The former VP of Marketing at Bud Light, Alissa Heinerscheid, stated in an interview, “Bud Light had been kind of a brand of fratty, kind of out-of-touch humor, and it was really important that we had another approach.”

They don’t want the irreverent class of individual who says offensive things in a joking manner or enjoys watching football.

They want a consumer base that enjoys brunch, like they do, and enjoys a smooth alcoholic beverage while hosting dinner parties, like they do. When they talk about inclusivity, they’re including themselves. They want what their social circle wants.

When the CEO of Cracker Barrel, Julie Felss Masino, was asked what people thought about the logo and redesign, she confidently said that people around her loved the changes. Well, who do you think the people around her are?

Cracker Barrel is far from being alone in this ambition to cater to the niche. Stellantis, the automaker of brands like Jeep, Dodge, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, and more, felt what happens when you forget about your loyal base.

Brands like Jeep and Dodge were always seen as working-class consumer vehicles that were affordable, and their buyers were loyal as well. Stellantis decided to keep their pandemic-inflated pricing to attract a more affluent buyer, but by doing this, they completely priced out their loyal buyers.

The cost was detrimental as Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares resigned, and their company is now in a tailspin, and Stellantis-partnered dealerships deal with trying to rid themselves of massively overpriced Jeeps, Rams, and Dodges.

They chose to make their Ram pickup trucks electric even though no consumer base exists for this type of vehicle.

But I’m willing to bet that many of the people making the decisions driver electric cars and love the idea of having an electric truck to possibly appeal to people like them.

What we are witnessing is a massive disconnect on a political and corporate scale. If you’ve ever asked yourself, “Why would they do that?” this should be a considered answer:

They aren’t thinking about you anymore. You’re not of their ilk.

Personally, I'd rather not talk to anyone around me about politics because there are more interesting topics to discuss than who they voted for and why they hate or love a particular politician.

The last thing I want to know about someone I've grown up with my entire life is the nuances of the party they support because it's irrelevant to why I love them.

Politics is incredibly personal for most people, and too many treat their political opinions like their children, causing them to get borderline violent, as if you insulted one of their kids.

I'm a rarity in that I don't take politics personally in that way, and I can talk about it like we're discussing how the Knicks or Mets lost another game the night before. Just like when they go on a losing streak, I don't lose sleep over either.

Whether you like my team doesn't matter to me either: That's your prerogative.

Recently, someone close to me started sending me unsolicited videos with messages attached. At first, I thought they were just viral videos of random stuff, so I didn't watch them. Honestly, I didn't even pay attention to them until they continuously sent me stuff over several days, which was abnormal.

I finally looked at the messages, and they were all political nonsense with messages about "losing rights" and what I supposedly support. When someone does this, they've already assumed what you think and hold you to blame.

When I responded to this person, they brought up how, since political commentary is my job, they wanted to hear my opinion. But inserting what you claim I believe isn't a statement of curiosity: You've already decided what I believe without asking me.

While I don't care if people agree with my politics or not, what bothers me is when they don't even bother to ask me. I've found that most people have no real clue about the nuances of my politics. They have no idea how much information I have or the people I have access to in order to formulate my opinions.

It doesn't mean that I'm always right, but it means that my assessment is based on more than some random propaganda video they saw on Instagram or TikTok.

For example, when the debate was happening about the alleged "Don't Say Gay" bill, I talked directly to the Florida Press Secretary for details on the bill, and he showed me exactly what the bill says (of course, nothing about being gay).

Most people don't have this capability or privilege. This is not a statement of bragging; it's just to say that when you assert my beliefs, you're always going to miss the mark.

All they know is that I voted for Trump, so I must support and like everything he does. They have no clue that I didn't even decide to vote for Trump until a few months prior and considered sitting out this election.

They have no idea that my decision to vote for him was more pragmatic than out of outright love for him. They don't know what my real political interests are or what motivates me.

This is the biggest problem I have with political discussions with people: They aren't curious. They just want to argue about nonsense that doesn't matter. They want to yell at the archetype of what they hate, and since they can't voice their displeasure with them directly, you'll become the avatar to direct their animosity.

For years, I've had to put up with people saying, "I don't always agree with you," but never telling me what they actually disagree with me on. They never want to talk to me, but they'll talk about me with everyone around me.

But you know what? I'm at the point where I don't want them to tell me what they disagree about. The days of me being open to dialogue are gone, and there is a good reason for this.

When I responded to this person, I was angry, and I don't want to feel that way about anyone I care about. I wasn't angry that they had political differences; I was angry that they were using me as an outlet for their political frustrations.

Just because I do this for work doesn't mean I want it infused into all of my relationships. My wife and I never discuss politics because there are far more interesting things to talk about. Politics muddies the waters of relationships, and it doesn't need to.

This was partially my fault for not standing firm on a boundary about discussing politics with people close to me. I never liked doing it, even if they agreed with me. Our relationships were never dependent on it, and they don't need to be today.

So, moving forward, if someone wants to talk about it, I'm just going to end the conversation and tell them that I don't discuss these things anymore. I care more about my relationships with people than I do about who they vote for and why.

If they can't handle this, then that's their problem, not mine. I no longer care if they misinterpret me or not. This boundary isn't to punish them; it's to save what we have from being unnecessarily corrupted.
