I wanted to take up @SalomeSibonex's request to "Make Romance Great Again" by talking about how I met my wife from a simple conversation over traveling and how traveling helps our romance stay bonded. I knew my wife's brother but my wife and I never really had long conversations until after her separation from her ex-husband. Later, she would claim that I was intimidating because I would always talk about deep topics that made her feel inadequate to take part in.
Adam - that is an incredibly romantic and beautiful story. The way you tell it is so indicative of how you feel...your love for your wife just jumps off the page...well, the screen, hahaha. Seeing someone who is as happy as you are in your marriage is so inspiring. Keep writing about the things you know best. Thank you for sharing that part of your story.
