It’s not your job to tell every Black person to do better. Nor is it my job to tell White men to not do bad things. What a ludicrous email. We (the royal we) are not responsible for the actions of every single person of our respective races.

You all don't have a weekly conference call? 😂

This is an outstanding statement. The morons also like to say "She makes women look bad" or "He makes blacks look bad." You know what I never hear? "He/she makes whites look bad." I'm a pale female and the bad actions of other females (any color) have zero to do with me. The next time someone says that to me, I'm going with (for a male) "That rapist is making you look bad," or (for a female), "Female shoplifters make you look bad," and to please go tell them to fix it. Joan needs to go talk to DiAngelo (I assume Joan is white) and tell her the condescending racism she spouts leads to mob violence. You handle this stuff with grace. I'm old and cranky and not so graceful.

Congratulations Adam!!!

There is no greater indicator of success for an African American than being adorned with the mantle of “Black Leader” by white people.

A title which bestows the responsibility of apologizing for every crime committed by your “constituency” and bearing fault yourself for those crimes. You will be blamed for the sins of unwed mothers, gang related crime, black on anybody violence and poverty to name just a few. Do your duty and control your people!

Is Joan white? I’ll go out on a limb and assume she is. Perhaps she’s a bit jealous that she and I have no “White Leaders” to bear responsibility for our outrageous behavior and lead us onto the elusive path of righteousness.

I'd missed the Post piece noted here; thanks for the update. I also hadn't read enough of the comments to understand what you put up with as a writer. Wow, just wow. I'm sure the few comments noted in this piece are just a fragment of the foolishness you receive. Thanks very much for pushing past the ignorance and continuing to write. Please keep up the good work. I for one am learning much and appreciative of what you share.

Well, Mr. Coleman, now that the sender has put you in your place, your life will undoubtedly become productive, fulfilling and meaningful.

Please be sure to genuflect in obeisance to the sender's timely advice and under no circumstances must you attempt to engage in conversation by responding to the e-mail.

Surely you owe a debt of gratitude to someone inducing an epiphany such as "respect is a two-way street." However would you have made such a discovery without the kindly intervention of your betters?

Please forgive the unseemly sarcasm. Encyclopedic vocabulary notwithstanding, more appropriate words escape me at the moment.

SMH, just SMH.

From a biblical perspective:

In Christ Jesus, we are either His heirs, a.k.a. family, or not (not yet). ❤️

"For now that you have faith in Christ you are all sons of God. All of you who were baptised “into” Christ have put on the family likeness of Christ. Gone is the distinction between Jew and Greek, slave and free man, male and female—you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, you are true descendants of Abraham, you are true heirs of his promise."

Galatians 3:28

There's something both.... hmmm.

The topic seems ridiculous on one level. Would I go to Tony Marcotti and say "Tony, you got to get those Italian mobster cousins of yours under control! They make Italians look bad!" Seems ridiculous.

On the other hand...

I feel a kind of issue with, say, my fellow Jews who follow what I believe to be terrible ideas... blindly supporting Democrats and their ideologies which are hostile to ourselves, and also the values we are supposed to hold dear.

What can I do in that regard?

Well, if I decide to do anything, I imagine it ought to be self-directed. I wouldn't appreciate someone telling me "You should do such-and-such" from outside my group. No more than Tony would appreciate that.

But I still should try to do something to advance good causes. Though in a way, the best thing we can probably do is be a good example ourselves and be available to help when we can. Not sure any group appreciates the goody-two-shoes.

Gotta love all the Social Justice Warriors with their spaghetti logic and word salads. They never make much sense.

While true, the facts of the matter are these:

1. As whites, WE are forced now to bend over to some common “guilt,” ascribed all of us

2. It is perfectly reasonable in a world in which one voting cohort overwhelmingly and for decades votes as a bloc, to argue group dynamics and so group responsibility. I argue the same for women bloc-voting D and then complaining about trans invasions in their sports and locker rooms.

Black “leaders” with excoriated exceptions (Sowell, Williams, McWhorter), constantly tell me I am responsible for the actions of my low-melanin peers. I am not nor will ever be.

You are not my negro. And I am - whites are - not your whites.

If we removed race from the equation these responses would have never been written. John, this woman either doesn’t see her blatant racism or doesn’t care. She would probably be offended if called a racist, I would much rather she be enlightened by her neighbors.

There is lacking self awareness; sadly lacking self-awareness; and this. Makes Sleepy Joe look like a totes great all-round human being. You refute them by simply being; a pity you have to be on the same continent. Good match Sunday; Chelsea deserved the point.
