It took me 4 months to the day. April 5th I was 275 August 5th I am 225 Most of the weight loss came after I started intermittent fasting. I am down 4 pant sizes too. Funny, I've been doing intermittent fasting for years without even knowing it was a thing. I just am not hungry at all till about noon, I get very nauseated. Even though everyone would say "but breakfast is the most important meal of the day!" I figured I should listen to my body.
Glad you have embraced the struggle over your habits, we all have them, some we inherited but we don't need to let the rule over us. Onward and upward my friend. 👍
Thanks. Btw, it took me about 7-8 months to lose the full 60 pounds and I’ve kept it off over a year and a half. I’ve committed to never getting that big again. As soon as I put a couple of pounds on, I commit to eating better and extra exercise for a week or two and taking it right off. As you know, it’s a lot less stressful to think about losing 5 pounds rather than 50.
Well done! Congrats to you. I did a similar thing last year, going from 248 to 212. It felt great. Stay disciplined and keep consistent and you’ll keep it off.
Congratulations, Adam! The hardest part of losing weight is the struggle within yourself. You've found a way to win. Keep it up! And to echo what others have already said, listen to your body. But also, don't beat yourself up when things don't happen to line up with your expectations. Just keep going. Looking forward to getting another positive 5 month update.
Adam also for you and family add Balance By Nature. Excellent source of energy and it is only fruits and vegetables. Last time I had a cold was in 2017. Best thing you can do for body is give it what it needs. Natural vitamins!
That is wonderful! I noticed it the last time I watched one of your videos. I let weight creep on a few years back and have lost most (but not all). I feel much better.
Wow, congratulations! Intermittent fasting is so good for you, and not just the weight loss (although that’s a nice benefit, too). You look great!
Thank you 😊
Yes, the benefits are amazing.

Listening to your body is key. Thank you 😊
Awesome results, Adam. I know that intermittent fasting works, I have experienced it myself.
Keep up the great work, as you gain strength and rewards, as you continue to lose more weight everything will become easier.
This is not just a diet but a lifestyle change.
Congrats!!
Absolutely. I'm enjoying the lifestyle.
