Thanks so much for this! I think a BIG part of the left's problem is the idea that what pursuits you follow and what preferences you have automatically 'become' your gender. For example, I work in IT, I love football (forza Juve!) and Formula 1 and I've had the odd crack at welding and woodwork...so by the left's definition, I'd probably be a man then?! As I always say, when your preferences become your gender, is it any wonder you believe your gender can be your preference?

As you say, a man can be sh*t at and/or have no interest in working with his hands, and still be a masculine man, and a woman can be pulling bits out of an engine and still be a feminine woman once she washes the grease off. It's an inner quality, not an outer performance. I don't think they'll ever get that one

Exactly. It's bizarre that they can't grasp that activities or costumes don't make you a man or woman. It's something much deeper than that.

You really have great insight and analysis Adam.

I’m a 64 year old man and I think, from life experience, you are dead on.

You are wise beyond your years.

Catholic Bishop Barren discussed meeting with Waltz (without naming him) about the harms of the transgender affirmation. He said Waltz looked at him as if he had two heads. While Harris lacked anything concrete, waltz was a true believer. I found him far more frightening than Harris

I agree with you. Kamala says whatever it takes to be liked in the moment but Walz is a believer.

Your take on confidence and other tidbits should become bullet point guides for assessing people.

Thank you.

A lot of my assessments of people who are flawed is that I used to be that guy to some extent.

I know what insecure men look like because I was one. So for me, it's easy to sense than others. Their masks don't work on me like it does for others.

It took a lot of work to not be insecure, so I understand both sides of the ordeal.

Excellent, accurate points as usual, Adam!

There’s no depth or thoughtful

analysis in Tim Waltz’s brain , e.g. his simplistic “They’re bad guys!”

Aside from the unintentionally funny statements(Tim kicking ass?!?!) the conversation between him and Newsom is almost unbearable to hear/see. Each man is obnoxious and cringe-making.

The kindest thing to say about Tim Waltz is his self-description in the VP debate: he’s a “knucklehead.”

Excellent analysis that actually puts the finger on one of the biggest issues I had with Walz, aside from his Communist leanings. He was trying too hard to be a “real man,” and instead came off as another DNC tool, pretty much the way Joe Biden did when he ran with Obama in 2008.

Biologically, a man is that member of the species homo sapiens sapiens with X and Y chromosomes, with testes instead of ovaries, whose predominant sex hormone is testosterone rather than estrogen.

Sociologically, a man historically has been the builder, the hunter, and the protector, whereas the woman has been the nurturer and the gatherer. The essence of traditional manhood is to be creative, while the essence of traditional womanhood is to be procreative.

Technology has allowed modern society to redistribute the roles to some degree, although with what degree of success will always be a matter of considerable debate.

It is laughable that there could be anyone who thinks this describes Trump. HA, WHAT A JOKE!

"...Masculine men are balanced individuals who are not easily toppled emotionally. They are confident in their capabilities while maintaining humility and acknowledging where they fall short. Masculine men are calm under pressure yet recognize the need to step away from conflict when necessary. These men are purpose-driven and willing to sacrifice themselves for the people they love..."

This is the ANTI-TRUMP, for godsakes!

It's interesting how you take all of the focus away from my point of criticisms of Walz to find a way to attack Trump.

The only reason I mentioned Trump was because Democrats wanted to "combat" Trump's perceived masculinity with Walz.
